A cinema exterior modeled and texture in Unreal 5 with lumen and a mix of low poly and nanite assets. All assets created by me are textured with a mix of tiling textures, custom texture sheets, or a texture trim/atlas sheet with megascans and mixer.
The cars are from a Digital Dive Studio marketplace pack.
The lighting system is the Ultra Dynamic Sky marketplace pack.
Foliage and planter models are sourced from megascans and speedtree.
