This environment was created with a mix of modular and unique pieces, using a mix of megascans and custom meshes. Most of the texturing is done using a mix of tiling textures and custom textures created in Substance Painter. The books come from megascans and are generated along a spline to quickly and efficiently populate the shelves.
These shots are all rendered through the Pathtracer in Unreal Engine 5.

I wanted to use the image as a base and inspiration in order to build something that was unique to my own style of environment art.
